Right of Withdrawal (30 days)
At Zuzi Home, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, no questions asked.
How to initiate a return:
Contact us at contact@zuzihome.store with:
- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for the return (optional)
We will respond within 2 business days with personalized instructions.
Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect
Refund:
- Processed within 5–10 business days after the return is confirmed
- The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used at checkout
Defective or incorrect products: If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos of the product. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
